Newest RV Resort in Texas to receive the top rating by Woodalls. Rarely does a new resort get the top rating on the first visit. Only 27 of the many in Texas have the coveted 5W/5W rate!! Our level concrete sites make it easy to use automatic slides. Newest style pedestals house 20/30/50 amp electric service with lights that shine down to make it easy to hook up at night but will not shine light into your windows while you sleep. Two separate facilities house Family Bathrooms and Laundry rooms that are first class. We have city water and sewer. Seventy three pull through sites, 80 ft and 100 ft . Total of 123 RV Sites.
Five clubhouse/rally buildings of various sizes are sure to provide the perfect place for your rally or family gathering. Two swimming pool, a stocked fishing pond, ranch walks, and wildlife and bird watching are abundant. We are located in the middle of Stephens Cattle Ranch. Twenty-three cottages/cabins are wonderful for friends or family that do not have an RV. Our catering staff can prepare meals of your choice or pick from our suggested menu under the catering tab. Horseshoes, volleyball, teather ball, wagon rides, golf cart rental, and many special activities are planned monthly for your enjoyment. Our dog run is complete and animals are welcome. Picnic tables and fire rings are placed at each site. Barbecue pits and grills are available for your use also. Bring the family and enjoy all that Coyote Ranch Resort has to offer. Our friendly staff will assist with area attractions such as the Water Park, golf, museums and shopping. Spa treatments can be scheduled at Coyote Ranch at your request. The options are unlimited. *Monthly Requirements: RV rates are based on 2 people. Limit 4 people no-more than 3 adults per unit. There is a $3 charge per additional person. There is a $200.00 electric deposit . (All sites are metered). RV must be in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse rental at our decretion.
